Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No restrictions on age or sex; 2. Presence of hypertrophic scars; 3. Undergone at least three sessions of fractional CO2 laser therapy; 4. Complete medical records, including pre- and post-treatment scar assessment data, treatment procedure documentation, and follow-up records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with concurrent skin disorders (e.g., eczema, dermatitis, allergies, infections) or systemic diseases (e.g., diabetes, long-term dialysis) that may impair scar healing or assessment; 2. Cases with insufficient follow-up data that preclude accurate efficacy evaluation.
