18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age of subjects: adult patients (18-80 years old). 2. Gender of subjects: not limited, including male and female. 3. Subject weight: no limit, no weight restriction. 4. Condition of subjects: from 2020 to 2024, kidney biopsy was performed for the first time in the Department of Nephrology, the First Hospital of Jinan University, and chronic kidney disease (CKD) with renal fibrosis was confirmed under pathological microscope. Exposure group: kidney tissue of patients with chronic kidney disease; 5.Non-exposed group: adjacent renal tissue. 5. Did not receive chronic dialysis or kidney transplantation. 6.Complications of subjects: no history of tumor, no serious heart, liver, kidney and other important organ dysfunction. 7. There was no family history of nephropathy. 8. No history of taking nephrotoxic drugs or related treatment for renal damage.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.80 years old. 2. Patients without tissue samples; 3. There was no obvious fibrosis in the renal tissue of patients with chronic kidney disease. 4. Psychosis or cognitive impairment, inability to properly understand trial objectives and risks. 5. Suffering from malignant tumors, severe liver, kidney and other important organ dysfunction. 6. History of chronic dialysis or kidney transplantation. 7. Family history of nephropathy. 8. Had taken nephrotoxic drugs or received treatment related to renal damage.
