Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.Boston Bowel Preparation Rating Scale = 7 points; 3.All colonoscopies must reach the ileocecal valve and retract for at least 6 minutes; 4.Pathological diagnosis of colorectal adenocarcinoma or colorectal adenoma;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previously underwent colorectal surgery; 2.Suffering from familial adenomatous polyposis, hereditary non polyposis colon cancer, etc; 3.Have taken antibiotics within the past 3 months before collecting specimens or used probiotics within the past 1 month; 4.Suffering from inflammatory bowel disease or intestinal tuberculosis;
