Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.We selected patients who were scheduled for elective laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia in our hospital, regardless of age or gender, and whose American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) health status was I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with obvious respiratory and circulatory dysfunction before surgery; 2.patients with abnormal liver and kidney function; 3.patients who are allergic to opioid-related ingredients;
