18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years, < 75 years, histologically or cytologically confirmed prostate adenocarcinoma. 2. Within 3 months of confirmed prostate cancer diagnosis, clinical imaging (bone scan, MRI, or PET-CT) confirms fewer than 5 metastatic lesions, including distant lymph node metastasis or extrapelvic bone metastasis. 3. Preoperative imaging (pelvic MRI, enhanced CT, or PET-CT) indicates that the local lesion is resectable. 4. No prior radiotherapy or endocrine therapy, and no contraindications for endocrine therapy. 5. Signed informed consent, voluntarily agree to undergo treatment with radical prostatectomy plus surgical castration combined with novel second-generation AR inhibitors, or standard endocrine therapy (ADT combined with novel second-generation AR inhibitors).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient's prostate histological or cytological pathology results show neuroendocrine prostate cancer, including small cell carcinoma. 2. Presence of a second primary tumor. 3. The patient has contraindications for surgery due to active viral hepatitis or other chronic liver diseases, or cardiac and pulmonary insufficiency. 4. Other cases deemed unsuitable for the study by the researchers.
