Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. First coronary angiography; 2. Have complete clinical data; 3. No hereditary family history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have severe hepatic insufficiency or chronic kidney disease (CKD) stage 4~5 [glomerular filtration rate (GFR)< 30 mL/min, of which, obvious abnormal liver function refers to AST and ALT being 3 times or more of the upper limit of normal, and total bilirubin level greater than or equal to 2 times of the upper limit of normal; 2. Critical illness such as heart failure from the New York College of Cardiology (NYHA), NYHA grade III.~IV., cardiogenic shock or respiratory failure; 3. Accompanied by hyperthyroidism, active serious infection, malignant tumor, immune system disease or hematologic disease; 4. Cognitive impairment or mental disorders; 5. Those who are allergic to the iodine contrast agent used in coronary angiography.
