Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ALT Flair-CHB group: 1. HBV infection duration exceeds half a year; 2. Serum ALT level suddenly increases by more than 5 times the ULN; 3. Serum total bilirubin is less than 10 times the ULN; 4. INR is less than 1.5; 2.ALT Flair-ACLF group: 1. HBV infection duration exceeds half a year; 2. Serum ALT level suddenly increases by more than 5 times the upper limit of normal (ULN); 3. Serum total bilirubin is greater than 10 times the ULN; 4. INR is greater than 1.5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combine with severe organic diseases; 2.Combine hepatitis A, hepatitis E and hepatitis C infections; 3.Combining drug-induced liver injury;
