60 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 60 years old = 4); 5. The patient or his family can understand the research content, voluntarily sign an informed consent form, and be willing to comply with the requirements of the experimental plan.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with allergic or contraindications such as benzodiazepines, opioids, cyclopolyphenol, flumasinidone, naloxone, tyglidine fumarate and other drugs and their drug components; 2. Those with severe cardiac, lung and renal insufficiency and combined with multiple chronic diseases that cannot tolerate surgical anesthesia; 3. Those with a history of alcohol abuse, opioid allergy, or a history of abuse of such drugs; 4. Other situations that researchers believe are not suitable for enrollment; 5. There are patients with neurological diseases or surgery recently.
