Interventions

Test team A:Lidocaine 1mg/kg , analgesic 8 µg/kg, propofol 1.5-2.5mg/kg were administered intravenously.
Test team B:Lidocaine was given intravenously at 1.5mg/kg (up to 100mg), analgesic at 8 µg/kg, and propofol at 1.5-2.5mg/kg.
Control group C:Equal amounts of normal saline were given instead of intravenous lidocaine, and alfentanil 8 µg/kg was administered. Propofol: 1.5-2.5 mg/kg.

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age: 18-60 years old, ASA grade I-II. 2) Scheduled for elective painless gastroscopy (gastroscopy + colonoscopy). 3) Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Allergy to the test drug. 2) Severe cardiopulmonary disease (such as uncontrolled hypertension, asthma, COPD). 3) Pregnant or lactating women. 4) Long-term use of analgesic/ sedative drugs.
