Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years; 2.Patients with diabetic retinopathy and non-diabetic rheogenated retinal detachment/macular membrane/macular hole were confirmed by blood glucose level, ocular B-ultrasound, fundus photography, macular OCT, and fundus fluorescence angiography. 3.All participants or their legal guardians agree to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Had other eye conditions that could have influenced the findings. 2.Serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. 3.Previous long-term use of glucocorticoids or other medications that may have affected the study results.
