Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Duration of endotracheal intubation >= 48 hours; 3. Successful removal of oral endotracheal tube; 4. Ability to understand and cooperate with simple instructions; 5. Voluntary participation in the study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Tracheostomy already performed; 2. Requiring NPO and unable to take oral food due to gastrointestinal diseases or surgery; 3. Norepinephrine dose > 0.3 µg/(kg·min); 4. History of confirmed or highly suspected dysphagia.
