Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 20 years. 2.Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic constipation. 3.Planned to perform painless electronic colonoscopy. 4.Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a known allergy to the drug components used in this study; 2.Patients with a history of gastrointestinal surgery, inflammatory bowel disease, gastrointestinal bleeding, obstruction, or perforation; 3.Patients who have been diagnosed with tardive dyskinesia due to antipsychotic treatment; 4.Patients with hereditary galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose/galactose absorption disorder; 5.Patients with a history of severe liver or kidney insufficiency, congestive heart failure, respiratory failure, severe coagulation disorders, stroke, myocardial infarction, spinal cord injury, Parkinson’s disease, psychiatric disorders, etc.; 6.Patients who have used other prokinetic drugs within one week before colonoscopy; 7.Patients currently taking tricyclic antidepressants or opioid drugs; 8.Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 9.Patients whom the investigators consider unsuitable for participation in this study for other reasons.
