Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are to be treated with elective surgery, regardless of gender, age > 18 years, BMI 18-30kg/m^2, ASA I-III. level, agree to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of severe drug dependence, history of alcoholism; Combined with psychiatric diseases, central and peripheral nervous system diseases; History of severe cardiac, liver, and renal impairment; History of multiple surgeries; History of sedatives, antidepressants, anxiolytics and other medications that affect brain function before surgery; Allergy to anesthetics.
