HFNC oxygen group:High-flow nasal cannula oxygen 30-40 L/min, FiO2 50-100%
Nasal cannula oxygen group:Regular nasal cannula oxygen 2-5 L/min, FiO2 24-40%

70 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=70 years; 2. ASA LEVELS I-III; 3. BMI 18-30 kg/m^2; 4. ERCP under elective general anesthesia sedation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of preoperative lung disease (asthma, COPD, pulmonary fibrosis, lung tumor) or recent (<4 weeks) lung infection; 2. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 3. Coagulation dysfunction or easy nosebleeds; 4. Increased intracranial pressure; 5. Refusal to Participate.
