Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The gestational age at birth of the newborn is >= 37 weeks; 2. The woman is a primipara; 3. The woman voluntarily chooses to breastfeed; 4. There is no nipple injury; 5. She is able to learn online using a smartphone or use WeChat; 6. She voluntarily participates in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The mother or the newborn has contraindications to breastfeeding; 2. The mother and the newborn cannot stay in the same room after childbirth.
