Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria for patients: (1) met Rotterdam (2003 version) diagnostic criteria for PCOS; (2) body mass index >=24 kg/m^2; (3) age >=20 years; (4) no understanding or communication difficulties. 2.Inclusion criteria for spouses: (1) male age >= 22 years; (2) married and living together as a couple; (3) in good health; (4) without understanding and communication barriers.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion criteria for patients and their spouses: (1) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; (2) Those who have experienced major stress or negative events in the past six months; (3) Those with mental disorders or accompanying critical illnesses; (4) Those currently undergoing psychological treatment or drug intervention.
