Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years; 2. Elective laparoscopic surgery; 3. ASA grading I~III; 4. BMI 18.5~28 kg/m^2; 5. The estimated duration of the operation is >=120min;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal body temperature preoperatively; 2. Controlled cooling is expected during surgery; 3. Before surgery, there were abnormal coagulation function, immune function, and hematologic malignant diseases; 4. History of procoagulation or anticoagulation and antiplatelet use within 2 weeks before surgery; 5. Refusal to sign informed consent; 6. Changed from laparoscopy to open surgery;
