Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients admitted to ICU > = 48 hours (excluding short-term stayers); 2. Microbial culture (blood, sputum, urine, catheter tip and other specimens) should be sent for testing during hospitalization.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No microbial culture results; 2. The data lacks key information (e.g., drug susceptibility results, specimen source).
