Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18 to 60 years (inclusive); 2.Meets DKK clinical diagnosis (according to 2020 Chinese Diabetes Prevention and Treatment Guidelines): persistent elevated UACR and/or decreased eGFR, with exclusion of other chronic kidney diseases; 3.Patients who have signed informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have undergone kidney transplantation; 2.Patients with immunosuppression; 3.Those who have received renal replacement therapy; 4.Patients with active infectious diseases and malignant tumors were included; 5.Urinary tract infection; 6.Pregnant or breastfeeding; suspected or confirmed drug or alcohol abuse;
