Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The diagnostic criteria for both OVCF and sarcopenia were met 2.Aged between 60 and 80 3.Single thoracolumbar vertebral body OVCF 4.Agree to undergo PVA 5.Bone mineral density T value =-2.5SD 6.There is no previous history of spinal or limb surgeries 7.The clinical and imaging data are complete 8.Those with good compliance and the ability to actively cooperate with treatment and clinical research signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.People suffering from rheumatoid arthritis, thyroid disorders, bone tumors, pituitary disorders, parathyroid disorders, adrenal disorders, gonads and other diseases that affect bone metabolism, as well as fractures 2.Use drugs that affect bone metabolism within half a year, such as high-dose calcium supplements, estrogen, androgen, bisphosphonates, glucocorticoids 3.Sarcopenia caused by other diseases, such as cancer, malnutrition, paralysis of the lower extremities, etc 4.Those who have been bedridden for a long time, have hemiplegia, Parkinson's disease or spinal cord nerve compression 5.There was a clear history of infection two weeks before the examination; Combined with scoliosis caused by various reasons, combined with lumbar spondylolisthesis, lumbar infection and spinal tumors 6.Patients with other serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, blood system, endocrine system and liver and kidney diseases 7.Patients with mental disorders 8.Those who failed to complete the treatment as required by this study, those whose treatment effect could not be judged, and those with incomplete data 9.The patient has other diseases and is currently taking traditional Chinese medicine decoctions for treatment. Or those who are known to be allergic to the test drug 10.A history of smoking and long-term heavy drinking.
