Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA LEVELS I.-III; 2. Patients over 18 years old who undergo head, neck and maxillofacial surgery under general anesthesia. (Types of surgeries include: total thyroidectomy, total laryngectomy, heiglossectomy, partial tongue resection, laryngopharyngectomy, cervical lymph node dissection, free flap reconstruction, anterior cervical spondyloplasty, etc.);
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative presence of respiratory failure, acute respiratory distress syndrome, pulmonary infection, pleural effusion, atelectasis, pneumothorax, pulmonary edema, pulmonary embolism; 2. Deaf-mute patients or those with hearing and communication skills; Patients with language barriers who are unable to communicate in Mandarin; 3. Patients with mental illness and central nervous system disease; Patients who are in a coma or impaired consciousness; 4. Patients with severe trauma; 5. The patient is unable to undergo relevant physical examination according to the instructions for various reasons;
