18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with elective brain tumors from June 2025 to May 2026, including meningioma and glioma ASA grade I~III, age 18~64 years old, gender unlimited, BMI 18~28 kg/m^2, and the estimated operation time is 3-6 h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with epileptic seizures, hypermagnesemia, hypothyroidism, diabetes, combined with severe cardiovascular diseases and liver and kidney dysfunction.
