Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for Patients With Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma: 1.Age >= 18 years old, gender is not limited. 2.Confirmed by pathology as clear cell renal cell carcinoma. 3.Have not undergone surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or targeted therapy (for treatment-naïve patients, to avoid treatment interfering with plasma protein expression). 4.Voluntarily signed informed consent Inclusion Criteria for Normal Population: 1.Age >= 18 years old, gender is not limited. 2.No history of malignancy. 3.Have not taken immunomodulatory drugs or hormonal drugs in the past six months. 4.Voluntarily signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria for Patients With Clear Cell Renal Carcinoma: 1.Combined with other malignant tumors or severe systemic diseases (such as end-stage liver and kidney failure, autoimmune diseases). 2.Recent (within 3 months) history of major infection, trauma, or surgery. 3.Pregnant or lactating females. Normal Population Exclusion Criteria: 1.Physical examination reveals abnormal tumor markers (such as PSA, AFP, CEA, etc.). 2.Presence of chronic inflammatory diseases (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease).
