Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.There is diffuse pain in the shoulder, which intensifies at night or after activity. There is tenderness at the greater tubercle of the humerus, the internodal groove, the attachment site of the long-head tendon of the biceps brachii, the major and minor teres, and the lateral edge of the scapula; 2.Limited shoulder joint movement is mainly manifested in the abduction, elevation, internal rotation and external rotation of the upper arm. Muscle spasm around the shoulder; 3.X-rays ruled out other shoulder lesions, such as advanced shoulder osteoarthritis, pathological fractures, displacements, ischemic necrosis, and calcified rotator cuff tendinopathy; 4.MRI suggests thickening of the scapular ligaments, subcoracal fat infiltration in the rotational space, and thickening of the axillary crypts; 5.The patient has complete clinical data; 6.Age>50 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Abnormal coagulation function; 2.Those with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular and respiratory system diseases; 3.mentally disturbed; 4.Those who refuse to receive release therapy; 5.Those with local or systemic infections and contraindications to puncture.
