40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke and confirmed by CT or MRI; 2. Age 40-80 years old, gender is not limited; 3. First time onset, unilateral limb paralysis; 4. Duration of the disease = 30; 6. Those who are able to understand the instructions; 7. Participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent form; 8.Those who met the above criteria were eligible for inclusion in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Upper extremity Ashworth Tensile Strength Scale score >=3; 2. People with motor dysfunction caused by previous history of traumatic brain injury, brain tumor, etc.; 3. People with shoulder pain on the hemiplegic side with a visual analog score (VAS) >3; 4. People who are unable to independently maintain balance in a seated position; 5. People who have mental disorders, as well as serious heart disease, malignant tumors, etc.; 6. People who are hemiplegic blind, unilaterally neglected, or have severe visual or hearing defects; 7. Boston Diagnostic Aphasia Screening Score <3; 8. Shoulder, elbow, and wrist mobility disorders due to trauma, fracture, joint spasm, etc.; 9. Participating in other research studies that will affect the results of this study. Those who met any of the above criteria were not included in the study.
