65 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for thoracic and abdominal surgeries (including cardiac surgeries); 2. Age 65 to 85 years old, gender not limited; 3. Have basic communication skills; 4. Have agreed to participate in this study and signed the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who could not understand the corresponding scale before operation, had difficulty communicating or refused to participate in the experiment; 2.ASA grade >=IV; 3. Patients without abdominal CT examination within 3 months before operation; (4) patients with severe osteoarthritis, limb fracture, or limb disability before operation, who were unable to cooperate with the physical function assessment; 5. Patients with serious heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases; 6. Those who could not be contacted by telephone after operation or could not cooperate to complete the scale assessment; 7. Refusal to follow up or withdrawal from the agreement;
