Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients receive prescriptions for GLP-1 receptor agonists (dulagtopide, exenatide, liraglutide, semegglutide) and/or SGLT-2 inhibitors (caglopiliflozin, dapaglopiliflozin, engaliflozin) between January 1, 2022 and May 30, 2025. 2. The patient is 18 years old or older. 3. The patient has at least half a year medical history in the HIS system. 4. The patient meets the definition of cardiorenal metabolic syndrome and distinguishes the disease stages of different patients. 5. Informed consent form for biological sample donation has been signed, agreeing to donate its samples and data for use in all medical research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous diagnosis of type 1 diabetes; 2. Patients with contraindications to research drug, such as end-stage renal disease and multiple endocrine tumor syndrome; 3. Patients lacking important clinical data.
