60 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age 60 to 79 years old; 2 Fried frailty phenotype >= 1 point; 3 No mental disorders or cognitive impairments, and able to express feelings and experiences during the illness relatively well; 4 Be able to use a smart phone independently; 5 Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Those with advanced malignant tumors and severe heart and lung insufficiency, as well as liver and kidney dysfunction; 2 Those who cannot eat through the mouth; 3 Combined with diabetes, chronic kidney disease and inflammatory bowel disease; 4 Suffering from serious physical diseases and being in the acute attack stage of diseases; 5 Those who are participating in other experiments
