18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged >= 18 years, diagnosed with Stanford type B aortic dissection or abdominal aortic aneurysm, and meeting the indications for EVAR; (2) Undergoing high-resolution CTA before and within 1 week after surgery; (3) Signing the informed consent form and committing to completing follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Complicated with Marfan syndrome or other connective tissue diseases; (2) History of previous aortic surgery; (3) Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency (eGFR < 30 mL/min/1.73m²) or contrast medium allergy; (4) Expected survival < 2 years (such as advanced malignant tumors).
