Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who were diagnosed with early-stage digestive tract cancer and precancerous diseases (including esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, submucosal tumors and achalasia of the cardia) at the West China Hospital of Sichuan University from January 2004 to April 2025.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with missing previous diagnosis and treatment information; 2. Patients who are not willing to sign the informed consent form for information collection in a prospective manner.
