Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia; 2. Age 18-65 years old; 3.BMI<28; 4. The estimated operation time is not more than 3 hours; 5. ASAI-II level; 6. Approved by the Ethics Committee of the Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Dysfunction of the neuromuscular system; 2. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 3. Allergy to the drugs used in this study; 4. Difficult airway; 5. History of previous abdominal surgery.
