3 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with horizontal nystagmus-type INS who have surgical indications; 2.Regardless of gender; 3.Aged 3-50 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Fusion maldevelopment nystagmus syndrome (FMNS); 2.Nodding spasm syndrome; 3.Acquired nystagmus caused by central nervous system diseases such as brain injury and tumors; 4.History of strabismus surgery or botulinum toxin (BT) injection; 5.Follow-up period less than 1 year.
