Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe or profound sensorineural hearingloss; (2) Adult postlingual deaf volunteers; (3) Audiology meets the of cochlear implantation; (4) No middle ear and external ear disease; (5) Compliance with long-term follow-up after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Associated with inner ear malformation andunderdeveloped auditory nerve; (2) Cochlear ossification; (3) Auditory neurop; (4) Suffering from mental neurological diseases.
