Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years old, gender is not limited; 2. Diagnosed with primary lung cancer and undergoing surgical resection; 3. Combination of at least 1 high-risk factor (such as COPD, diabetes, advanced age>=65 years, cardiovascular disease, long-term smoking history, etc.); 4. Pulmonary rehabilitation training can be performed before surgery, and follow-up can be accepted after surgery; 5. The patient or his/her family members sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cognitive impairment or mental illness, unable to cooperate with rehabilitation training; 2. Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency before surgery, unable to tolerate rehabilitation training; 3. Postoperative ICU mechanical ventilation time>48h; 4. Postoperative deterioration of condition, abandonment of treatment or short-term death; 5. Follow-up data are missing or complete pulmonary rehabilitation training has not been completed.
