Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Cancer patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for tumors; 2.Cancer patients hospitalized for ICIs treatment; 3.Capable and willing to accept informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Non tumor patients; 2.Pregnant, preparing for pregnancy or breastfeeding women; 3.Individuals with severe organ failure and life-threatening primary diseases; 4.Individuals with mental illnesses who are unable to participate in treatment and follow-up; 5.Patients with thyroid disease (defined as baseline thyroid dysfunction or thyroid hormone therapy) and pituitary inflammation patients with central hypothyroidism;
