Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants with hICC who underwent radical surgical resection. We defined hICC as intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma ( massive type ) involving the hilar bile duct, and the center of the mass is located between the right side of the left portal vein and the left side of the right portal vein.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with hilar cholangiocarcinoma; 2. hICC participants who only underwent palliative resection ( R2 ) or hilar bile duct resection; 3. Gallbladder cancer participants with hilar bile duct involvement; 4. Papillary and periductal invasive IHC participants with hilar bile duct involvement; 5. Participants who were re-removed after the first resection in another hospital.
