Single arm research, just 1 group.:Three courses (6 months) of basic treatment with hypoglycemic drugs combined with Huangkui Capsules

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) A clear history of diabetes mellitus in the past, with Mogensen DKD staging at II-IV; (2) Well-controlled blood glucose, blood pressure and blood lipid levels, with stable condition; (3) No intake of drugs that could affect the observation indicators of therapeutic effect within the last week; (4) No acute infection or other inflammatory reactions recently; (5) Age ranging from 18 to 60 years old, with no gender restrictions; (6) TCM syndrome differentiation as damp-heat accumulation; (7) The patient or their family members are informed and have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Type 1 diabetes; (2) Complicated with severe primary diseases such as heart, brain, lung and liver diseases; (3) Complicated with severe hematological and immune system diseases; (4) Other kidney diseases such as primary hypertension nephropathy, urinary calculi and acute pyelonephritis; (5) Gestational diabetes and diabetes complicated with pregnancy; (6) Complicated with severe diabetic complications such as hyperosmolar non-ketotic diabetic coma and lactic acidosis; (7) Complicated with malignant tumors, tuberculosis and systemic infectious diseases; (8) History of using nephrotoxic drugs; (9) Allergic to the study drug; (10) Patients with mental disorders; (11) Poor compliance, patients or their families unable to cooperate with treatment.
