Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The diagnosis conforms to the revised 1995 ACR classification criteria for knee osteoarthritis; 2) Or there is a physician's assessment of increased skin temperature or swelling in the knee joint; 3) The patient has received the study treatment plan and has agreed to sign the informed consent form; 4) Or based on the ROAMES score, the patient is classified as an inflammatory type of osteoarthritis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Rheumatoid factor or anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody is more than twice the normal upper limit; anti-nuclear antibody is >= 1:320; 2) Complicated with infectious arthritis, gouty arthritis, spondyloarthritis or seronegative rheumatoid arthritis; 3) Post-total knee replacement surgery; 4) Not undergoing ultrasound examination; 5) Those who have metal implants in their bodies, have claustrophobia, or are unable to endure the examination for a long time for magnetic resonance imaging examination.
