Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary research subjects inclusion criteria (1) Age 18–75 years; (2) Local resident; (3) Kitchen suitable for ventilation installation; (4) Primary cook ( >= 5 times/week). 2. Secondary research subjects inclusion criteria Elderly individuals aged 65 to 75 years and children aged 3 to 6 years who live with the main cook.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with plans for long-term travel or relocation (within one year); 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Individuals with other significant disabilities or diseases that affect the evaluation of this study, such as malignant tumors; 4. Current smokers or those exposed to occupational dust and other hazardous substances; 5. Those who cannot fully understand the research process or cannot correctly express their complaints, such as those with mental illness, severe neurosis, or those who cannot cooperate with this trial due to other reasons.
