18 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult obese patients, body mass index >=30kg/m^2 2. Those who have undergone major surgical treatment with tracheal intubation under general anesthesia, and the operation time is > 2 hours 3. No serious respiratory diseases such as emphysema and pulmonary bullae before surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing cardiac, thoracic surgery, obstetrics, and neurosurgery 2. ASA grade 4-5, severe heart disease, decreased cardiac output, or severe hypotension 3. Patients with severe cerebral ischemia and/or intracranial hypertension 4. Emergency surgery patients 5. Patients who have received radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy within 2 months before surgery 6. Patients who have received mechanical ventilation with endotracheal intubation for more than 30min 1 month before surgery 7. Those who plan to be admitted to the ICU after surgery
