Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of the patient is greater than 18-65 years old; 2. Undergo elective cardiopulmonary bypass cardiac surgery; 3. The patient's ARISCAT (Assess Respiratory Risk in Surgical Patients in Catalonia) score is greater than 26; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pregnancy; 2. Emergency surgery patients; 3. Pneumonia within 1 month; 4. Combined with chronic renal failure; 5. Patients who need invasive or non-invasive ventilation before surgery; 6. Patients who are difficult to maintain preoperative cycle or need IABP, ECMO or high-dose vasoactive drugs to maintain.
