Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The main symptoms of the cases were diarrhea, with a history of suspicious food, defecation more than 3 times a day and abnormal stool characters (watery, mucous or bloody, purulent stool, etc.).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Revisiting for diarrhea in the same person within 14 days; 2.Non-infectious diarrhea with clear etiology such as Crohn's disease, cystic fibrosis, celiac disease, physiological diarrhea; 3.Patients with diarrhea who had taken >=1 antibiotic before the visit.
