Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Patients with tracheotomy; 3. Those with neurological diseases such as stroke, spinal cord injury, and craniocerebral injury; 4. Those who have not used a ventilator to assist with breathing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are transferred to other departments; 2. Those with incomplete clinical data.
