Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 35 kg/m^2= 7.0%);16 years<age<65 years;Non-pregnant female patients must agree to use reliable contraceptive methods for 2 years;Be able to understand and comply with the research protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Type I diabetes; Specific disease or glucocorticoid treatment of secondary diabetes; Previous weight-loss surgery, pregnancy and other diseases requiring short-term hospitalization; Serious complications of diabetes; Allergy to the drugs used in the study.
