Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Caregivers should be aged 18 years or older; caregivers must be family members of disabled elderly individuals; caregivers must be able to understand and agree to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Caregivers with severe mental or physical illnesses who are unable to perform caregiving duties; Disabled elderly individuals who pass away or are hospitalized due to a recurrence of illness during the study period. Caregivers who are unwilling or unable to provide written consent.
