Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Middle-aged and elderly women aged 50-59 years 2. No contraindications to exercise

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lower limb joint injuries or surgeries; 2. Fractures or localized back pain within the past 12 months; 3. Malignant tumors; 4. Uncontrolled cardiovascular diseases; 5. Cognitive impairments; 6. Recent X-ray or radiation therapy; 7. Contraindications for engaging in vigorous physical activity; 8. Known conditions affecting bone health (such as hyperthyroidism, hyperparathyroidism, Paget's disease, kidney disease, diabetes, or impaired mobility); 9. Use of known medications affecting bone health (excluding osteoporosis medications), such as long-term use of corticosteroids, thyroid hormones, thiazide medications, or antiretroviral drugs; 10. Unable to participate in the designated supervised training program.
