Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) met the diagnostic criteria for aplastic anemia; (2) voluntarily chose hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for treatment; (3) did not have severe organ dysfunction or active infections.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) have congenital bone marrow failure, including Fanconi anemia (FA) and congenital dyskeratosis (DKC); (2) have other or secondary conditions of total blood cell reduction, such as myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) and hairy cell leukemia (HCL); (3) have incomplete follow-up information.
