Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All cases were admitted by the guidelines of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) . 2. Had gestational age between 28 weeks and less than 37 weeks. 3. Were admitted to the neonatal department upon birth. 4. Breastfeeding was initiated within 24 hours after admission, and there were no obvious symptoms such as vomiting, abdominal distension, or severe retention that indicated feeding intolerance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart, liver, or kidney dysfunction; 2. Congenital malformations; 3. Congenital genetic, metabolic, or chromosomal disorders; 4. Those who use probiotics.
