Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patient is between 18 and 70 years old. Preliminary imaging screening indicates primary glioma, which is confirmed intraoperatively by rapid frozen section. The tumor is located in the right frontal lobe, right anterior temporal lobe, and left anterior temporal lobe (non-functional areas), and the patient is right-handed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Recurrent glioma; Postoperative KPS <70; Patients who have previously undergone brain surgery; Presence of severe comorbidities (such as heart disease, liver failure, etc.); Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
