Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pathologically confirmed rectal adenocarcinoma; 2.Treated with neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Simultaneously diagnosed with other malignant tumors, or diagnosed with other malignant tumors within 2 years; 2.Diagnosed with distant metastasis.
